About the role

This position is responsible for supporting the micro‑finance unit by acquiring new clients, analysing their business needs and processing loan requests in line with the institution’s policies.

Key responsibilities

• Attract potential customers and promote micro‑finance products.
• Analyse the business of each client to assess creditworthiness.
• Prepare and formalise loan agreements based on the analysis results.
• Monitor and manage the loan portfolio to ensure compliance and performance.
• Execute the monthly and annual micro‑finance plans and related tasks.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
• Capability to analyse information using provided material.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in Azerbaijani.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and responsibility.
