About the role

We are looking for a Junior Microfinance Specialist to join our team in Shamkir. The role involves attracting potential clients, analysing their businesses and managing credit portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Attract potential customers.
• Analyse the client’s business.
• Formalise credits according to analysis results.
• Control and manage the credit portfolio.
• Implement monthly/annual micro‑finance plans and tasks.

Required profile

• Higher education.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
• Capability to analyse using provided materials and complete tasks.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in Azerbaijani.
• Analytical ability.
• Precision and responsibility in work.
