About the role

The Retail Credit Products Department is looking for a Junior Expert to support data‑driven analysis of competitor banks, financial institutions and market conditions. The role involves gathering, processing and analysing information to help shape new credit products and improve existing offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, process and analyse data on competitor banks, financial institutions and market trends.
• Identify market needs and prepare corresponding product proposals.
• Analyse statistical data and evaluate trends when developing new credit products or modifying existing ones.
• Prepare all required reports for retail credit products by systematising and presenting analytical results.
• Use data analysis to pinpoint improvement areas in the development of new and digital credit products.
• Write technical specifications and monitor proper data integration during implementation.

Required profile

• Proactive and responsible attitude with a results‑oriented mindset.
• High proficiency in Azerbaijani language.
• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• 0–1 year of relevant experience.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (intermediate level).
