About the role

The bank is looking for a motivated intern to support its Microcredit Department. You will assist in attracting potential customers, providing information about microcredit products, and conducting preliminary assessments of loan applications.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out direct marketing activities to recruit potential clients for the microcredit program.
• Inform applicants about the terms and conditions of microcredit products.
• Collect and record initial data from loan applicants.
• Analyze collected data and verify information using available methods.
• Perform financial analysis of the applicant’s business, including profit‑and‑loss statements, to determine monthly repayment capacity.
• Identify additional risks that could affect repayment ability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any field) is required.
• No prior work experience is necessary.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for interacting with applicants.
