Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant (Logistics, WMS)

About the role

We are looking for a Consultant/Business Analyst to help customers automate warehouse logistics and implement modern WMS solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will work on our proprietary SMART WMS platform, enabling companies to increase productivity, improve inventory accuracy, and enhance service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in SMART WMS and Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects.
• Analyze and document customers' logistics and warehouse processes.
• Gather functional requirements and prepare specifications for developers.
• Configure the system to match customer business processes.
• Conduct product demonstrations, consulting sessions, and user training.
• Prepare user and project documentation.
• Support functional testing, go‑live activities, and post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Management.
• Hands‑on experience in warehouse logistics or operations management.
• Understanding of receiving, put‑away, storage, picking, inventory management, and shipping processes.
• Experience in logistics automation or ERP/WMS implementation projects is a plus.
• Strong business process analysis and functional requirements gathering skills.
• English proficiency at intermediate (B1) level or higher.
