About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to lead the Financial Efficiency Department. The role involves analysing the financial performance of bank products, projects and business lines, and providing data‑driven recommendations to improve profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial efficiency of bank products, projects and business directions.
• Prepare regular Activity‑Based Costing (ABC) reports.
• Analyse and allocate administrative expenses across business blocks and products.
• Develop analytical materials and recommendations to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Participate in the preparation and monitoring of financial models, budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor key financial indicators (KPIs) and propose improvements.
• Contribute to the design of a performance‑based motivation system.
• Collaborate with other bank units on financial efficiency and analytics matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in financial analysis or banking.
• Experience in cost analysis and allocation.
• Strong analytical abilities and capacity to work with large data sets.
• Fluent in Russian or English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Knowledge of Activity‑Based Costing (ABC) methodology.
