About the role

The Cash and Collection Operations Coordination Department is seeking an analytical specialist who enjoys working with data and paying close attention to detail. The role involves monitoring daily cash activities, analysing discrepancies, and supporting process improvements within the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations of payment terminals and investigate any inconsistencies promptly.
• Track daily cash flow against demand and predefined limits.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Conduct analytical reviews of existing databases and structure the findings.
• Process, validate, and analyse data using MS Excel and SQL.
• Identify trends, potential risks, and deviations in operational metrics.
• Develop recommendations based on monitoring results and contribute to process optimisation.
• Ensure activities comply with banking regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Higher education degree, preferably in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in a banking or financial environment.
• Knowledge of bank legislation and internal regulatory documents.
• Strong analytical thinking, mathematical and statistical analysis abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work well in a team.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Basic knowledge of Python (preferred).
