About the role

The Cash Manager will oversee all cash‑handling operations at the İsmayıllı branch, ensuring compliance with the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, internal policies, and current legislation. The role involves supervising cash service specialists, maintaining safety standards, and delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Organise cash operations in line with AR Central Bank regulations and internal procedures.
• Ensure cash‑service specialists perform tasks with quality and timeliness.
• Monitor occupational safety, hygiene, and technical security compliance.
• Control cash limits and supervise all documented cash transactions.
• Serve customers, processing deposits, withdrawals, and exchange operations.
• Manage ATM and payment‑terminal cash collection according to internal rules.
• Prepare regular reports for management and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Basic knowledge of ATM operations.
• Fluent Azerbaijani; Russian is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Open to innovation and continuous self‑development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to use computers at a high level for cash‑management tasks.
