About the role
The company is looking for a lead backend developer to design, develop and maintain backend systems for mortgage products. You will work with micro‑service architecture, integration projects and contribute to DevOps practices.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain backend systems for mortgage products.
- Architect and implement micro‑service based solutions.
- Manage integration projects and ensure code quality, test coverage and documentation.
- Align technical tasks with business requirements and define implementation strategies.
- Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and eliminate risky or inefficient solutions.
- Research and apply new technologies.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of professional backend development experience.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to process complex data and present it clearly.
Required skills
- Java 8, Java EE, Spring Boot
- PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis
- Object‑oriented programming, SOLID principles, Design Patterns
- REST API, GraphQL
- Message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
- CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes
