Hotel Host

About the role

A hotel belonging to the Accor network, which brings together more than 45 brands, 5,500 hotels, 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations, is looking for a Host in Baku. The Host is the first point of contact for guests and makes them feel welcome from the moment they arrive.

Key responsibilities

• Offer a professional and friendly greeting and provide engaging service
• Assist guests about food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage

Required profile

• Ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
