FIT Reservation Manager

About the role

RateHawk is seeking an experienced FIT Reservation Manager to manage end‑to‑end booking requests for hotels, transportation, and custom excursions worldwide. You will serve B2B partners, ensuring seamless travel experiences for both individual and group travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for B2B partners, handling requests for hotels, alternative accommodations, transport, and custom excursions.
• Create tailored commercial offers based on client specifications.
• Research, curate, and book accommodation and travel services across global markets.
• Negotiate rates, cancellation terms, booking conditions, and payment terms directly with hotels and suppliers.
• Provide full operational support throughout the booking lifecycle, including modifications, cancellations, relocations, and special requests.
• Maintain RateHawk’s tone of voice: friendly, confident, accurate, and detail‑oriented.

Required profile

• Solid experience in tourism, concierge services, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators.
• Upper‑Intermediate (B2+) proficiency in English and Russian.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with diverse partners and suppliers.
• Highly responsible, detail‑oriented, and able to manage heavy workloads under pressure.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset for complex booking scenarios.
