About the role

The Birbank Branch Talent Program is a six‑month development initiative designed to prepare future professionals for careers in bank branch operations. In partnership with the State Employment Agency, participants will receive both theoretical instruction and hands‑on experience within real branch environments in the Karabakh region.

Key responsibilities

• Attend classroom‑based theoretical sessions covering banking products, regulations and customer service.
• Complete practical assignments during branch rotations in Ağcabədi, Bərdə and Tərtər.
• Collaborate with mentors and trainers to solve real‑world tasks.
• Participate in final assessments and examinations to demonstrate acquired competencies.

Required profile

• Holder of a higher‑education degree (no active student status).
• Open to learning and personal development.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with interest in sales.
• Motivation to build a career in the banking sector.

Required skills

• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Basic understanding of customer service principles.
