About the role

The Electromechanic will be responsible for the dismantling, major repair, assembly, installation and testing of high‑voltage electrical machines and equipment (above 15 kV) in an industrial production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Dismantle, repair, re‑assemble and install various high‑voltage electrical machines, apparatus and transformers.
• Service complex first‑ and second‑commutation production lines and distance‑controlled facilities.
• Adjust, tune and repair complex technological circuits, automatic lines, precision metal‑working equipment and experimental electrical devices.
• Perform diagnostics and maintenance on electronic, ultrasonic, electro‑impulse, ionotron and semiconductor‑based equipment.
• Check accuracy classes of measuring transformers and conduct comprehensive testing of repaired motors and transformers.
• Repair, install and dismantle cable lines in pressurised oil‑ and gas‑filled pipelines, remove epoxy terminations and install connectors between copper and aluminium cables.
• Hand over repaired equipment to operational teams and carry out any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with high‑voltage electrical equipment.
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding industrial conditions.
• Strict adherence to internal discipline, safety and fire‑prevention regulations.

Required skills

• High‑voltage (>15 kV) electrical machine maintenance.
• Electrical circuit troubleshooting and adjustment.
• Measurement transformer calibration.
• Cable repair in pressurised oil/gas pipelines.
• Epoxy termination removal and connector installation.
• Motor and transformer testing.
• Electronics servicing (ultrasonic, electro‑impulse, ionotron, semiconductor devices).
• Compliance with industrial safety standards.
