Data & AI Solution Architect (Azure/Databricks)

About the role

We are looking for a client‑facing Data & AI Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation and delivery of advanced data lake, migration and semantic layer projects, as well as generative AI solutions for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end architecture and delivery of Azure, MS Fabric, Databricks and GenAI platforms.
• Design and implement scalable, secure data lakes and distributed analytics systems.
• Integrate Copilot, Claude and other GenAI technologies into business workflows.
• Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, data scientists, engineers and senior client stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership, governance and mentorship across multiple project streams.
• Drive data governance, strategy and compliance to ensure data quality and security.
• Document architectural decisions, workflows and implementation guidelines.
• Support presales activities such as proposals, SOWs and RFP responses.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional experience in data and AI architecture.
• Deep expertise in Azure, MS Fabric, Databricks, data lakes and distributed applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands‑on knowledge of GenAI, Copilot, Claude and AI agent frameworks.
• Background in data governance, analytics, CRM and ERP systems, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and deliver strategic advisory.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Understanding of data privacy, security and compliance in cloud environments.
