Technical Content Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Content Support Specialist to join our team of editors who manage hotel and rate information on our platform. You will ensure that guests see accurate, up‑to‑date offers while maintaining the technical quality of our content.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the booking process quickly.
• Monitor and verify the accuracy of rate displays for platform users.
• Use our CRM system and internal admin panels to enter, update, and maintain content data.
• Meet established KPIs, with performance‑based monthly bonuses.

Required profile

• Ability to switch between tasks rapidly and manage multiple assignments in parallel.
• Excellent spelling, punctuation, and strong computer literacy.
• Confident PC user with experience using Google Docs.
• High attention to detail, perseverance, and strong self‑organization.
• English proficiency at an Upper‑Intermediate level or higher.
