Chief Concierge

About the role

The Chief Concierge leads the guest services team at a 4‑5 star hotel within the Accor network, ensuring every guest interaction is memorable and aligned with the brand’s standards of responsible hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements, luggage, and valet services.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to fulfill internal and external service requests.
• Create and manage work schedules, assigning positions to maximize coverage and efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of driveways, lobbies, entrances, and baggage storage areas.
• Conduct performance reviews, train staff on hotel facilities, and ensure equipment is functional.
• Supervise bellmen, oversee luggage handling, and manage valet parking operations during large events.
• Inspect guest rooms, guide guests on room features, and ensure safety and security of all vehicles.
• Ensure staff are familiar with emergency procedures and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar concierge or guest services role within a 4‑5 star hotel.
• Strong knowledge of hotel facilities and service standards.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team.
• Commitment to uphold company policies, confidentiality, and asset protection.
