About the role

Manage a book of brokers and their business, coordinate day‑to‑day customer service, and support the broker‑Emerson Rogers relationship. Act as a liaison between insurance carriers and brokers, providing training, rate analysis and regular visits to top brokers as directed by management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a book of brokers and coordinate day‑to‑day customer service.
• Act as liaison between insurance carriers and brokers, handling claims, billing and renewal questions.
• Process new business applications, plan changes, endorsements and ensure timely installation by vendors.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and maintain accurate data in commission and client databases.

Required profile

• 1+ years experience in a group health insurance setting (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must hold a Life & Health insurance license or obtain it within three months of hire.
