Branch Talent Development Program – Şirvan & Salyan Region

About the role

This 6‑month Branch Talent Development Program is designed to prepare future professionals for bank branch positions in the Şirvan, Salyan and Bilasuvar areas. Participants will receive a blend of theoretical and practical training, work in real branch environments, and acquire foundational banking knowledge and customer‑service skills.

Key responsibilities

• Attend scheduled theoretical and practical training sessions.
• Complete assigned tasks during the branch practicum.
• Collaborate closely with mentors and trainers.
• Participate in the final assessment and examination phase.

Required profile

• Holder of a higher‑education degree (not currently enrolled as a student).
• Open to learning and personal development.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Customer‑oriented and sales‑focused mindset.
• Genuine interest in building a career in the banking sector.

• Basic computer literacy.
