About the role

The Bank Process Analytics Expert will design, update and maintain banking processes across one or several cross‑functional units. You will translate business, regulatory and risk inquiries into clear technical specifications and ensure their successful implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business, regulator, risk and other requests and draft technical specifications, analysis and design documents.
• Update existing technical documentation when changes are required.
• Coordinate regularly with relevant structural units to monitor progress and provide guidance.
• Participate in software testing, document test results and support the creation of user guides and training materials.
• Track overall task flow and provide clarification, data and analytical support to developers during the programming phase.

Required profile

• Strong initiative, business orientation and high energy.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow‑up on tasks.
• Analytical thinking and solid technical competence.
• Fluent Azerbaijani (native) and intermediate Russian.
