About the role

The Bank Product Sales Expert is responsible for attracting new customers outside of the bank's administrative offices, conducting meetings with corporate clients, and promoting the bank's products through various marketing materials.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out customer acquisition activities outside head office, branches and other administrative locations.
• Meet with clients in enterprises and institutions and present brochures, flyers and other promotional items.
• Make outbound calls and send SMS messages via social networks to promote credit products.
• Offer additional bank services in line with internal rules and tariffs, answering client inquiries.
• Support innovative project development while adhering to labor discipline.
• Train newly hired trainees and junior experts, enhancing their practical skills.
• Prepare timely reports and respond to queries from managers and the Digital Banking Department.
• Execute tasks and directives from senior management and internal committees without exception.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (any field).
• 1‑3 years of experience in sales, customer acquisition or banking services.
• Excellent command of Azerbaijani language.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline and presentation skills.

Required skills

• MS Office (intermediate proficiency).
