Associate or Senior Associate – Legal Position

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Associate or Senior Associate to join our legal team. The successful candidate will support corporate clients by drafting contracts, providing legal advice, and representing the firm in commercial matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice, prepare briefs and opinions on commercial and corporate issues.
• Assist with corporate legal matters and represent clients in negotiations and proceedings.

Required profile

• University degree in law; an LLM from a US or European university is a plus.
• 1‑3 years of experience in commercial and corporate law, depending on the level applied for.
• Fluent written and spoken Azerbaijani and English; Russian language skills are advantageous.
