Junior Contracts Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Contracts Specialist to join our team in Baku. In this entry‑level position you will support the full contract lifecycle, ensuring that agreements are accurate, compliant, and well‑documented.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing contracts, agreements, and amendments.
• Ensure contracts comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
• Maintain organized contract records, documentation, and databases.
• Track contract timelines, renewal dates, key obligations, and deliverables.
• Support contract negotiations by preparing documentation and summarising key terms.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and other internal stakeholders.
• Identify and flag potential contractual risks or inconsistencies.
• Assist with contract audits, reporting, and related activities.
• Respond to internal inquiries regarding contract terms, obligations, and status.
• Provide administrative support throughout the contract management process.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in contracts, legal support, or contract administration.
• Basic understanding of contract terminology and legal concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Azerbaijani languages.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple internal stakeholders and manage priorities.
