AI Product Designer

About the role

We are seeking an AI Product Designer who blends strong UX fundamentals with a deep, AI‑first design mindset. You will reimagine how research, ideation, prototyping, and validation are performed by leveraging AI throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements, research insights, and user needs into clear product experiences.
• Design user journeys, task flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
• Produce high‑quality UI with careful attention to hierarchy, typography, spacing, interaction, and visual consistency.
• Integrate AI tools across the design process to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, UX exploration, wireframing, prototyping, content generation, and iteration.
• Experiment with emerging AI design tools and develop faster, more efficient workflows.
• Generate multiple design directions rapidly without compromising quality.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, components, patterns, and reusable foundations.
• Prototype AI‑powered experiences such as conversational interfaces, copilots, intelligent workflows, recommendations, and automation.
• Collaborate closely with product, AI, automation, and engineering teams to ensure design intent is preserved during implementation.
• Critically review designs and continuously improve usability, clarity, and visual quality.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product or UX design experience on web and mobile platforms.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking and high‑quality UI aesthetics.
• Deep understanding of design fundamentals beyond templates or generated outputs.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into logical, usable, and visually compelling product experiences.
• Proficiency in using AI meaningfully in day‑to‑day design work, not just for occasional copy or image generation.
• Experience experimenting with AI‑powered design, prototyping, research, and product‑building tools.
• Awareness of how AI influences product experiences, including uncertainty, human oversight, explainability, automation, and conversational interaction.
• Strong visual judgment and meticulous attention to detail.
• Fast work pace, willingness to explore multiple directions, and comfort discarding mediocre concepts.
