Senior 3D Graphic Designer

About the role

Rabitəbank ASC is seeking a creative Senior 3D Graphic Designer to join its Marketing Department. You will shape the bank’s visual identity across internal branding, PR events, and digital channels while collaborating with a professional team.

Key responsibilities

• Design internal branding graphics and PR‑event materials that align with the bank’s brand book.
• Adapt HR‑related design concepts for various media formats.
• Contribute to internal communication projects and propose impactful visual concepts.
• Stay updated on market trends and integrate innovative ideas into the workflow.
• Ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery of projects and keep management informed of progress.
• Create graphic posts for social‑media channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D graphic design, motion graphics, and animation work.
• Creative thinking with the ability to develop compelling visual concepts.
• Ability to work under deadlines, take responsibility, and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Agency experience is a plus.
