About the role

We are looking for a motivated trainee to join the Microcredit Department of our bank. The role provides hands‑on experience in attracting potential customers, explaining micro‑loan products and supporting the credit assessment process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct direct marketing activities to attract potential micro‑credit customers.
• Provide applicants with clear information about loan terms and conditions.
• Collect initial applicant data and perform preliminary verification.
• Analyze collected data, including financial statements, to assess monthly repayment capacity.
• Identify and evaluate risks related to the applicant’s business and repayment ability.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about banking and micro‑finance services.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for interacting with clients.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
