About the role

The Cargo Treasurer is responsible for managing the financial and documentary aspects of freight handling at the South Cargo Terminal. This role ensures accurate documentation, proper payment processing, and compliance with transport regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that shippers correctly complete transport documents for cargo presented for shipment.
• Formalize the acceptance of cargo for shipment and record its release at the station.
• Calculate transportation fees, monitor payments, and ensure timely settlement.
• Prepare reports on freight fees, total sums, payments, deductions, and handle cargo changes.
• Maintain operational records of cargo transport plans and their execution.

Required profile

• General secondary education.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience (preferred).
• Good knowledge of Russian language (preferred).
• Understanding of train movement, maneuvering, and cargo transport regulations.
• Familiarity with loading and unloading operations.
• Strong attention to detail, data management skills, and operational efficiency.
