About the role

The Lead Expert in the Analytical Analysis Department will be responsible for monitoring the bank's performance indicators, preparing analytical reports, and supporting strategic planning. This role requires close collaboration with various business units to ensure data quality and provide actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular analysis of the bank’s operational and financial metrics and produce analytical reports.
• Monitor implementation of the strategic plan and present findings to senior management.
• Participate in the preparation and analysis of KPI dashboards for different business lines.
• Support the development of business cases for new products and services.
• Assist in data‑base analysis, data‑quality assessment, and the creation of analytical models.
• Develop and improve dashboards and management reporting tools.

Required profile

• Strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
• Business‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Azerbaijani language.

Required skills

• Excel – advanced
• SQL – intermediate
