UI/UX üzrə aparıcı / baş dizayner

About the role

The company is looking for a senior UI/UX professional to work closely with the product owner and design lead, turning business requirements into user‑centred digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and design leadership to create UI/UX solutions that meet business goals and user needs.
• Analyse business requirements, translate them into design concepts, and support decisions with data.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative UX research, usability testing, A/B testing and other experimental methods.
• Produce Customer Journey Maps, User Flows, Wireframes, interactive prototypes and design system components.
• Ensure technical feasibility of designs, work closely with developers and provide precise design assets.
• Perform UX audits on existing products, identify performance gaps and propose improvement plans.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design work.
• Fluent communication in Azerbaijani and English; Russian is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe XD.
• Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
• Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Hands‑on experience in user research, analytics, prototyping, wireframing, usability and A/B testing.
