UI/UX Designer for Digital Products Development

About the role

Rabitəbank Open Joint Stock Company is looking for a UI/UX Designer to join its Digital Products Development department. The role focuses on creating user‑centered designs for the bank’s digital services while collaborating closely with product and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design user interfaces that align with business requirements, product vision, and user needs.
• Research customer experience and gather requirements to inform design decisions.
• Apply Design Thinking methodology throughout the design process.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mock‑ups.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative improvements.
• Mentor team members to raise overall UX/UI knowledge.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design quality and feasibility.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Strong understanding of UX design principles and interface design.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience creating and maintaining UI kits and design systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma.
• Proficiency with FigJam.
• Experience building UI kits.
• Experience working with design systems.
