About the role

PAŞA Property Management, a leading real‑estate management company in Azerbaijan, is looking for a male cleaning worker to join its professional team. The position offers the chance to develop a career in a dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness across its properties.

Key responsibilities

• Clean floors, corridors and fire stairs in the building.
• Maintain escalators, including lower and upper platforms, side glass, steps and handrails.
• Clean entrance doors, floor surfaces, glass partitions, turnstiles, reception area and surrounding zones.
• Keep the storage area for cleaning tools and equipment tidy.
• Clean the building façade, roof and outdoor premises.
• Perform any other related tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Fast and responsible work attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Previous experience in a large business centre is an advantage.
