AI Solution Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable AI solutions for a banking client in Azerbaijan. You will play a key role in the organization’s digital transformation, ensuring AI initiatives are secure, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end AI solution architectures, covering data flow, model lifecycle, integration, security, and governance.
• Assess AI use cases for technical feasibility, risk, dependencies, and implementation approach.
• Collaborate with business, data, engineering, security, risk, and architecture stakeholders to deliver AI projects.
• Define and implement responsible AI practices, including model risk, explainability, bias mitigation, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Guide model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps/LLMOps processes across cloud and on‑premise environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or AI/ML engineering.
• Proven track record designing enterprise‑scale AI solutions, preferably in banking or fintech.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills across multidisciplinary teams.
