Luxury Online Sales & Client Advisor

About the role

As a Luxury Online Sales and Client Advisor, you will be the direct point of contact for our online clients — guiding them through their journey from initial inquiry to final delivery. You will provide personalized consultation, ensure exceptional service, and manage each order with precision and care.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries received via website and WhatsApp with prompt, professional communication.
• Guide clients through collections, advise on product selection, sizing, and customization options.
• Coordinate custom and made‑to‑measure orders with our atelier.
• Maintain client communication throughout the production and delivery process.
• Collaborate with internal teams (atelier, logistics, warehouse) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Build long‑term relationships with high‑end clientele.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, requests, and communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury fashion sales or high‑end client service (online or offline).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Russian or Arabic is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Passion for fashion, style, and couture craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and handle VIP clientele with discretion and professionalism.
