Senior QA Engineer - Web3

About the role

Xsolla is seeking a Senior QA Engineer with deep Web3 expertise to join its engineering team. You will own the quality of blockchain‑enabled features, ensuring seamless wallet interactions, smart‑contract behavior, and hybrid on‑chain/off‑chain systems for millions of gamers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead manual testing of complex Web3 and platform features across multiple environments.
• Validate blockchain interactions, wallet flows (MetaMask, WalletConnect), and decentralized identity/authentication.
• Test smart‑contract interactions, event handling, and on‑chain/off‑chain data synchronization.
• Identify, log, and track reproducible issues using Jira or similar tools.
• Collaborate with engineers to test smart‑contract upgrades, migrations, and versioning.
• Monitor production logs, blockchain explorers, and analytics dashboards for anomalies.
• Create and maintain detailed test cases, checklists, and QA documentation.
• Ensure reliable CI/CD test coverage for Web3 components and integrate AI‑powered testing tools.
• Set up and manage test environments, staging pipelines, and job configurations.
• Conduct load, stress, and performance testing around high‑volume Web3 interactions.
