Senior Consultant – Deals Services

About the role

As a Senior Consultant in Deals Services, you will support clients through complex transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings. You will combine strategic insight with rigorous financial analysis to help clients maximise value and manage risk.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior team members across all stages of M&A, valuation, feasibility studies and business‑plan development.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models in Microsoft Excel to assess deal economics.
• Prepare high‑quality deliverables in PowerPoint, including business plans, feasibility studies, valuation reports and market research.
• Develop proposal materials and presentations for prospective clients.
• Contribute to a range of Deal Advisory projects such as operational efficiency assessments and business diagnostics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of full‑time experience in valuation, investment, corporate finance or consulting.
• Strong foundation in corporate finance and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for financial modelling.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for client‑facing presentations.
• Financial modeling and valuation techniques.
