Sales Manager – B2B Consulting & Digital Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join Rewire Model Group in Baku. You will engage senior decision‑makers, translate commercial and operational challenges into high‑value solutions, and help shape long‑term client relationships across private and public sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Engage confidently with senior executives and business owners to understand their needs.
• Translate commercial and operational challenges into practical, high‑value consulting, ERP, CRM, AI and automation solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Represent RMG in strategic discussions with private companies and public‑sector organisations.
• Lead meetings, presentations and negotiations to close deals.

Required profile

• Strong experience in B2B or consultative sales.
• Excellent communication skills with senior executives.
• Commercial judgment and genuine interest in how businesses operate.
• Proactive, disciplined, results‑oriented approach.
• Professional fluency in Azerbaijani; English and Russian are strong advantages.
• Experience in consulting, enterprise technology, ERP, CRM, automation or AI solutions is preferred.
