Sales Consultant – Architectural Aluminium Solutions

About the role

Alumil, a leading European manufacturer of architectural aluminium systems, is seeking a Sales Consultant to expand its market presence in Azerbaijan. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and promote Alumil’s aluminium solutions across the construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers, projects and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, façade consultants, developers, contractors and distributors.
• Detect projects early, influence product specifications and manage the sales pipeline from identification through tender and award.
• Promote Alumil’s aluminium solutions and provide technical support to clients.
• Develop and manage key accounts and strategic partnerships.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging construction trends.
• Collaborate with technical and logistics teams to convert opportunities into successful projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, sales or commercial roles within façade, aluminium, glazing, cladding, building materials or construction.
• Proven track record in market penetration and managing strategic customer relationships.
• Understanding of construction projects, specifications, tenders and procurement processes.
• Willingness to travel as required.
