Regional Student Recruitment & Partnerships Manager – Medical

About the role

We are looking for an energetic, relationship‑driven Regional Student Recruitment & Partnerships Manager to lead student recruitment and partnership development across the Eurasia region for GEDU Medical.

Key responsibilities

• Promote GEDU Medical programmes to prospective students through counselling, presentations, webinars and events, building a strong pipeline of qualified medical applicants.
• Develop and maintain relationships with secondary schools, colleges, career advisers and university guidance counsellors, organising visits and careers events.
• Identify, appoint and manage education agents across the region, delivering training, supporting marketing activities and monitoring performance against recruitment targets.
• Plan and deliver certificate programme events such as CPR, suturing and ultrasound workshops, handling logistics, registrations and lead generation.
• Represent GEDU Medical at education exhibitions, fairs and virtual recruitment activities to raise brand awareness.
• Establish strategic partnerships with schools, agents, medical organisations and government stakeholders, and travel extensively throughout the Eurasia region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least three years’ experience in international education, student recruitment or business development.
• Proven experience working with schools, colleges, universities or education agents and strong presentation and public‑speaking abilities.
• Excellent networking, relationship‑building and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently across multiple regions.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Eurasia region and fluency in written and spoken English.
