Student Recruitment Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and target‑driven Student Recruitment Manager to support student recruitment activities for our UK partners. Reporting directly to the Senior Student Recruitment Manager, you will use your solid understanding of international recruitment within the education sector and your knowledge of at least one major overseas market.

Key responsibilities

• Support student recruitment activities for UK partner universities.
• Collaborate with the Senior Student Recruitment Manager and global recruitment team to design and execute recruitment campaigns.
• Travel independently across the region to meet prospective students and partners.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment performance.

Required profile

• Background in international education recruitment or marketing.
• University degree.
• Fluency in English and Azerbaijani.
• Goal‑driven, results‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, and travel independently.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
