Programme Analyst – Women’s Economic Empowerment (Azerbaijan)

About the role

UN Women is seeking a Programme Analyst to support its Women’s Economic Empowerment (WEE) portfolio in Azerbaijan. The role will focus on implementing projects that promote women’s participation in the world of work and engage the private sector under the Women’s Empowerment Principles.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the WEE portfolio with a specific focus on projects related to women in the world of work and private‑sector engagement.
• Provide substantive inputs to programme design, formulation, implementation and evaluation.
• Monitor results achieved during implementation and ensure appropriate application of UN Women systems and procedures.
• Support capacity development, technical assistance and the creation of an enabling policy and institutional environment for private‑sector actors.
