About the role

This internship offers a practical introduction to internal communication within a corporate environment. You will support the creation and distribution of news, announcements, and other informational content across various internal channels. The role provides hands‑on experience in content preparation, channel management, and communication analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in drafting news, announcements, emails, and other informational materials for internal communication channels.
• Check that prepared texts and visual assets comply with corporate style guidelines.
• Support the publishing of internal communication materials on intranet, email, MS Teams, office screens, and other platforms.
• Collect, organize, and verify information and materials received from different departments.
• Help with communication processes for events, campaigns, and employee‑engagement projects, including registration and participant coordination.
• Assist in arranging photo and video shoots, gathering material, and archiving content.

Required profile

• Enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor’s program in Marketing, PR, Communication, or a related humanities field.
• Fluent written and spoken Azerbaijani and English with correct grammar.
• Interest in writing, editing, and creating content.
• Experience in organizing local or international projects/events is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with MS Teams and basic digital collaboration tools.
