About the role

We are seeking a junior specialist in micro‑finance to support our operations in Xırdalan. The role focuses on attracting potential customers, analysing their business models and preparing appropriate credit documentation. You will also be responsible for monitoring and managing the credit portfolio and implementing monthly and yearly micro‑finance plans.

Key responsibilities

• Attract potential customers for micro‑finance services.
• Analyse clients' business activities to assess creditworthiness.
• Prepare and formalise credit agreements based on analysis results.
• Monitor and manage the credit portfolio to ensure compliance.
• Execute monthly and annual micro‑finance plans and assigned tasks.

Required profile

• University degree (higher education).
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and quantitative analysis.
• Skill in analysing provided materials and completing assigned work.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in Azerbaijani.
• Proven analytical abilities.
• High accuracy and sense of responsibility in work.
