About the role

Stranger Soccer is looking for an ambitious, community‑driven individual to launch and grow its football platform in Baku. This entrepreneurial opportunity lets you build and operate your own business while making the sport more accessible locally.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and expand the Stranger Soccer brand in Baku.
• Recruit, train and manage a small local team (2‑3 people) supported by Official Hosts.
• Secure suitable football venues and arrange regular playing sessions.
• Drive marketing and customer growth through digital and local initiatives.
• Oversee game operations to ensure an outstanding player experience.
• Collaborate closely with Stranger Soccer HQ and leverage its operations and technology support.
