License Owner – Baku

About the role

Stranger Soccer is seeking an entrepreneurial License Owner to launch and grow its football platform in Baku. You will be responsible for building a local presence, assembling a team, and delivering a seamless playing experience for the community.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and expand Stranger Soccer operations in Baku.
• Recruit, train and manage staff and Official Hosts.
• Identify and secure suitable football venues.
• Develop and execute marketing and customer‑acquisition campaigns.
• Oversee game day operations and ensure high‑quality player experience.
• Collaborate closely with the Singapore headquarters and leverage operational and technology support.

Required profile

• Passion for football and active involvement in the local football community.
• Experience in management, operations or customer service.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a business.
• Strong ownership, resilience and results‑oriented attitude.
