About the role

The bank is seeking a senior specialist to join its Credit Risk Analysis Department, specifically within the KOS (SME) credit analysis unit in Naxçıvan. The role focuses on evaluating the creditworthiness of small and medium‑size enterprises and corporate clients, monitoring financial changes, and providing structured recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial and business analysis of SME and corporate customers.
• Assess loan applications, structure credit facilities, and propose restructuring or amendments.
• Evaluate borrowers' repayment capacity, track financial performance, and prepare forecasts.
• Ensure proper risk assessment and compliance with internal banking regulations.
• Provide clear, written opinions on credit proposals and related obligations.
• Execute additional tasks as directed by management.

Required profile

• University degree with strong economics and finance knowledge.
• Proficiency in preparing and analysing financial statements.
• Analytical thinking, decisive decision‑making, and high accuracy.
