Korporativ Satış Meneceri (IT Həlləri)

About the role

Onyx is looking for a Corporate Sales Manager to acquire new corporate customers and expand existing accounts from project to service phases. The role combines business development, technical pre‑sales, and post‑sale account management for IT infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming inquiries and tenders, and establish direct contact with target companies.
• Visit client sites, clarify needs together with the engineering team, and present solution concepts.
• Prepare commercial proposals (technical part supplied by engineers), negotiate terms, and close contracts.
• Maintain accounts after hand‑over, managing service contracts, expansions, and repeat sales.
• Keep the sales pipeline accurately updated in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in IT equipment, infrastructure projects or IT services.
• Ability to conduct technical conversations about networking, servers, video‑surveillance and security solutions.
• Proactive outreach skills – not only reacting to inquiries but also initiating contact with decision‑makers.
• Fluent in Azerbaijani; Russian and/or English are a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence is advantageous for site visits.
