Growth Associate (University Partnerships)

About the role

The Growth Associate will support Admitt.io in managing and expanding its university partner network. You will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and representing the company at relevant events.

Key responsibilities

• Retain and renew existing university partners, tracking renewal dates and required actions.
• Research and identify potential university partners, assist with outreach, pitching, and onboarding.
• Support the creation of B2B opportunities by researching institutional prospects and helping develop sales‑growth initiatives.
• Assist in discussions and follow‑ups for commission‑based agreements with partners.
• Coordinate documentation between partners and the legal team to finalize partnership agreements.
• Attend university fairs and recruitment events to build relationships and capture leads.
• Help plan and execute an Admitt.io university fair in Baku.
• Identify relevant conferences and events, providing recommendations on priority opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience or exposure to partnerships, customer service, sales, or business development.
• Strong research, outreach, and pipeline‑management mindset.
• Commercial awareness of partnership, commission, and revenue‑sharing models.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for professional interaction with universities and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel and represent the company at fairs and conferences.
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations, deadlines, and documents.
• Fluency in English and either Azerbaijani or Russian.
