About the role

The Food & Beverage Server at Four Seasons Hotel Baku provides exceptional quality and service to restaurant guests. You will deliver an expertly served beverage or dining experience, anticipate guests' needs and act as an expert on the menu options, creating memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an enjoyable dining experience through excellence in quality, professionalism and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards.

Required profile

• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to assigned tasks.
• A high level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine.
• A background in luxury resort and hotel service is considered an asset.
