Bar Attendant / Commis de Bar

About the role

The Four Seasons Hotel in Baku is seeking a motivated Bar Attendant (Commis de Bar) to join its beverage team. You will work in a fast‑paced, luxury environment, delivering exceptional service to guests while maintaining high standards of drink preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks according to Four Seasons recipes and standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts, process voids and spillage logs, and ensure proper storage of beverages.
• Cut and prepare fruits and other garnishments for drinks.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members, providing knowledgeable recommendations on drink origins, tastes, and preparation methods.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently, stay highly motivated and well organized.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and able to deliver exceptional guest service.

Required skills

• Knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks, including origins and preparation methods.
• Experience with inventory management and beverage garnishment preparation.
