Finance Specialist

About the role

Lecheq Farm & Distillery LLC is seeking a Finance Specialist to join its team in Zagatala. This full‑time, on‑site position will support the financial management of our rose oil, lavender and mint production and distillation operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and interpret financial statements for the farm and distillery.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cost‑analysis activities related to agricultural and production processes.
• Record daily transactions, maintain the general ledger and perform account reconciliations.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with production and management teams to deliver actionable financial insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Strong foundation in budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis.
• Attention to detail and high integrity in handling financial data.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Zagatala.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel.
• Experience using accounting software.
