Finance Director

About the role

The Finance Director leads PASHA Financial Holding's finance function, overseeing accounting, tax, budgeting, treasury and reporting for the Corporate Center while providing group‑level oversight of policies across operating companies. Reporting to the Deputy CEO / Chief Finance & Risk Officer, the role is accountable for external audit coordination, consolidated financial reporting and IFRS compliance, ensuring safe growth aligned with tax rules and governance frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Direct treasury operations, including policy, liquidity planning, asset‑liability management, funding, dividend coordination and management of FX, interest‑rate and counter‑party credit risk.
• Lead accounting activities such as month‑end/year‑end close, statutory reporting and internal tax operations; develop and maintain group‑wide tax policy and harmonise accounting practices.
• Manage the budgeting process for the Corporate Center, covering preparation, consolidation, forecasting and performance monitoring; cascade budgeting policy from PASHA Holding.
• Coordinate the external audit process across the group, ensuring effective compliance and auditor selection.
• Oversee performance tracking, reporting and improvement of management information systems; issue consolidated financial reports.
• Establish and maintain an IFRS knowledge centre for the group and its subsidiaries.
• Develop and implement operational and strategic finance plans in line with PASHA Holding guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance functions in a multi‑entity or holding‑company environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and group reporting requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage treasury, budgeting, tax and external audit processes.
• Experience collaborating with senior executives and influencing group‑wide finance policies.
• Capability to develop and enforce finance policies across subsidiaries.
